As part of a major reinvestment programme into the northern seaside town of Blackpool, the owners of the promenade theme park, Blackpool Pleasure Beach, commissioned a luxury 120-room hotel featuring a 90-seat restaurant and state-of-the-art conferencing and event facilities catering for up to 200 delegates.

The product chosen for this project was a Soundis 28mm Acoustic Chipboard Overlay board commonly used over concrete subfloors for its cost-effective solution to impact noise with minimal impact on the floor to ceiling heights of the building.
We worked closely with Truman Design & Build on this project which ensured that the installation from a time and quality perspective progressed smoothly and to the required programme. Our performance on this project allowed us to work with Truman again and they are now one of our regular clients.
